When do images go to shipping?
This depends on whether we are in the office or on a photo trip. We always recommend you order an image as soon as possible, rather than waiting until it is needed to send to your printer. After receiving your order the image is sized and uploaded to the download dock as fast as we can get it there. If we are in the office, it takes 10-20 minutes, however, on assignment, we are often not able to log into our email notification system until the end of the day, so it may take 24-48 hours.
